Hi! This is Arjun & Juhi Chhabra. Juhi is a Clinical Herbalist (ongoing education for registered nutritionist). Arjun is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer (Ongoing education A.R.T, A.P.N, M.F.T, Clinical Hypnotherapist). Together we help women suffering from the debilitating symptoms of hypothyroidism & other thyroid dysfunctions to reemerge & reclaim their wellness using our combined knowledge & skills.
Many a times, not everyone can have access to or afford mentorship but they really want to take back their health. We help such individuals as well by providing them with free help & support. We also educate & support our beloved community via our podcast so that they can understand & implement it in their lives for a positive health outcome, without the need to spend money or extra time.
