What I'm making
The Appreciation Wheel (https://appreciationwheel.com) is a free wheel of 200 human qualities, sorted into 10 categories and 40 traits, each with a one-line description. It helps people find the right word when they want to appreciate someone: start at a category, narrow to a trait, land on the word. Unflappable, not just calm.
You can use it on the website or print the A4 sheet. There are no ads and no accounts, and no personal data is collected.
Where it is now
It's an early draft. The word list is being tested in live group sessions, and I'm refining it from what people actually say.
