I'm a software developer and a maker. I like building things, hacking on things, and figuring out how things work. Software, electronics, hardware, DIY projects, weird side experiments. If something looks fun to take apart or fun to build from scratch, I usually end up doing it.

A lot of what I make ends up online, free for anyone who wants it. Tools, small services, documentation, source code, write-ups. I believe in a free and open internet. No ads, no tracking, no accounts, no walled gardens. Just stuff that works, for whoever wants to use it.

Donations through Liberapay go toward the running cost of the things I publish. Servers, domains, electronic parts, the time it takes to keep older projects working, and the freedom to start new ones. None of it pays a salary. It pays for the next thing to exist.
