Former Lab is building computing for people who want to own it — hardware in your hand, software on your terms, and community infrastructure that works when the grid does not.
GAP OS runs 15 daemons on the House device. 40+ Capsules are already live.

We are building Drocket, House, Bricks, and GAP OS — a modular sovereign computing ecosystem of devices, protocols, capsules, and local nodes designed to outlast platforms.
Principles
Hardware is the honest layer
Software promises can be rewritten.
Hardware in your hands cannot.
We design systems that work because of what they are — not because of what a platform permits.
Privacy is architecture
We do not ask you to trust a policy.
We build systems where data stays local unless you intentionally send it. The difference is structural.
Infrastructure should be owned locally
Library nodes are placed within communities and maintained by people nearby.
Computing becomes something you can point to — not something you rent.
